I have a 98 GTP. Are there any other GM cars that i can use their muffler on my car??

Not 100% but it would be worth a check on similar year Buick Regal GS and 00-05 Impalas... Alot of parts tend to interchange between these so research those and see where you stand.
Also look for a local Junk Yard and see if you can find a GTP in good condition, I think even the newer GPs use the same hangers so the whole exhaust might transfer with a little work.

To make it even easier just get a whole factory catback. Unbolt and bolt the stock back up... if you don't have access to a welder. And yeah same hangers.
