The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
I had a jeep grand Cherokee before I bought the gp, couldn't deal with 11 mpg, all city driving. And I get about 17 city with the gp. I'm happy with that
The only people who really need full size are those in the mid-west who work on ranches IMO. Otherwise these boys who just take out to roll over some wet leaves need nothing bigger then a Mid-Size, so I would stick to mid-size..
I can't hook a 30' gooseneck and haul a 9ton backhoe with a mid size. I can't put a camper in the bed and hook up to a 18' flatbed trailer with four ATVs with a mid size. I can't load logs onto a trailer and pull it through a mudded up field in the fall and expect enough weight in the truck to pull it out with a mid size.

Also most people that buy full sized trucks don't buy them out of necessity,
they buy them bcuz they can and they are nice. They buy more truck than they need...
and that's ok. Why do people buy Ferraris? Thats just me thoo.
Bought the Nissan because I love them. Wanna take your full size into the woods? Have fun seeing how my mid-sized truck will do WAY better. Smaller wheel base, smaller truck = easier going through trails.
FYI I am not talking about mud bogging.
As for plans...
Mud flaps and running boards are already gone.
2" suspension lift is going on next weekend.
Roof rack is being painted black.
Bed liner fender flares and of coarse the bed.
Touch screen deck.
That is it until tax return time. (tax return = Shrock Works front bumper, look it up)
I don't have a 4 wheeler, or a camper so no need for a full size. And as much as I hate to say it, the Nissan is better than the Rangers, S10s, Dakotas by a LONG ways. Much better quality and nicer interior.
I get it. I'm not a bogger, though. Never had much use for that kind of stuff, nor do I take mine into the woods where there's not already a wide path groomed. It's one of those things that "when I need it, I NEED it." Occasionally, I have to ask it for its life, though, and it does what its asked without complaint.
I'm not trying to hijack this, though. Just addressing a comment that got made to clear things up.
i never understood the off-road stuff. i like my pavement. but you're right, nissan is one of the very few companies that paid attention to the mid-size trucks. i do miss my s-10s though
