Grand Prix GXP help? ASAP!

Very very soon ill be buying or passing up on a 2007 Grand Prix GXP it's in excellent condition. Every option but nav, tinted windows and a downpipe. The seller is a private seller. He wanted 14k but I got him to 13k.. Should I buy this car at that price is it a good buy?

Secondly. Can you drive the car in snow.??? Feedback please.
 


If you tell us the miles on the car we could help you with pricing. Have you test drive it? Feel how tranny is cause there the problem.
