You might want to choose a better brand like pioneer, alpine, kenwood etc. cheap headunits are well cheap and usually results in crappy quality. Avoid names likes Jensen, Boss, Pyle etc. and yes you can find of the other HU within that price range.
 
Because the one you listed is a indash double din not a flip out so your stock dash needs to be modified to fit a double din. Or you can go with a flip out well its going to flip out and therefore you don't need to modify your dash.

Just a quick search. Yes it has a reserve no telling what it's at but even at $400 its a good deal. My honest opinion because I tried those brands like Jensen and immediately I beat myself for not spending a bit more going with a different brand. This was the case with my first DD headunit. Ended up lucking out and selling it and buying a pioneer. I have since updated to a newer model and I plan on updating again and I'm completely happy with them. Especially when your wanting something with navi you don't want to go with a cheaper brand they tend to lag bad.
