GPF DogGah Thread

Have two mutts. 65lb Husky, Blue Heeler cross and a German Shepard Collie cross 98lbs. Both have the markings that any Rott or Dobe has. Annie and Rudy. Rudy is his short name Rudolph is his full name. He was one of 13 puppies born at Christmas. His mother had them then passed away. He had a bright red nose as a pup, but it is all black now, so all the pups were named after the Reindeer including 13 being Kringle.

Wish I had pics, but new laptop and I am now 6 hours from home, so none to add at this time.

There are three dogs in our house but I own one of them. Her name is Roxie, she is a six year old pure bred toy poodle which I have owned since she was born. I was there the day she was born and my heart has melted for her ever since. Get ready for some serious Awwwww action

My puppy Roxie is on the left. Chuck, my brothers dog is in the center. Zoey, my brothers ex's dog is on the right. I took this picture a few days after their eyes had opened.

thou he's a hefty pansy, great dog.

tell me, if your dog had thumbs and could talk, would he be in charge or what???? lol
its funny how all anyone had to do was look into his eyes and you could see and read all his expressions through his face.

my dog arrow loved to ride in the car, sat like a person in the front seat and if i left him in the truck he would jump in the drivers seat and wait for me.

also did you ever notice the out line of a bird on his chest? that swirl of hair is usually the center of it, and it goes from front shoulder to shoulder.

awww i love your pit bull! i had one when i was a kid, his name was Scrappy (like Scooby and Scrappy from the cartoon; my gma got the brown one named Scooby and I took the white and brown spotted one) and he was one of the best dogs i ever had.
who ever said pit bulls are mean are full of hockey! as long as they aren't raised to be mean they aren't.

beautiful dog, man!

We had to put our dog down last October, left a real void in our home. My 4 yr old talks about him nearly everyday. This past weekend, the wife and I surprised the kids and took them to pick out a puppy. He's only 3 wks old here, we pick him up on March 6th, he'll be 9 wks old. Name is Scooby (my son loves Scooby-Doo). He's 1/2 Rott and 1/2 Boxer. In the litter pic he's the one with the light blue/grey collar. Sorry for the ****ty pics, wife forgot the good camera and we had to snap pics with the camcorder.

I think snakes are cool as hell and absolutely love seeing them in person (far, far out of striking, touching, etc distance). However, they creep me the **** out! I become like a scared little girl when I see one :th_nervous:.

this guy here is Jackson. although he isnt my dog hell will be the closest thing to a pet that i will have for a long time. Jackson is my cousin's service dog. hes very well trained and an absolutely gorgeous pure bred black lab. Today was my first day seeing him but ill be getting to know him alot while im working for my cousin (fourty hours a week). ill have to get some pictures for you guys while jackson is working, hes so obedient its astounding.

lol she won't hold still for shlt, by far the most active snake I have ever had, in her cage she chills get her out she wants to go every where.

I hate the irrational fear people have a snakes, living in Louisiana for so long it pisses me off when every ones first response is to grab a shotgun with out knowing what kind of snake it is.

If you had been bitten by a king cobra like me, snakes would put fear in you as well. I joke, I joke. :D

All kidding aside, I don't think it's irrational fear. It's just one of those things that some people are scared of, much like a big dog, etc.

I should post pics of Fuzzy.

He was out cruising the neighborhood last night, making his rounds with yes.. about 1F degree temps. He's adamant about getting some outside time each day. (probably because he has neighborhood is wired).

Woman two houses down calls, he's here and I'm feeding him treats. Bring him inside.

I walked down and whistled for him. Sure enough he pops his head around the corner, books across the snow onto the sidewalk in front of me. Cruises down to the house and in we go.

I swear...I never told him he was a dog, but he's pretty sure he is one.
Photobucket isn't cooperating at the moment. I'll get a pic up

Thanks, i hate to put my other pic down a few weeks ago because he was having seizures, and had a really bad one to where he was almost brain dead.. he looked as though he had a stroke..

This little guy was dropped off at a pitt bull rescue in cleveland and a friend of mine called so that we could take him.. i will post a pic of the father up here soon.. father was a huge dog..

My girls Willow and Wicket. Willow's a dogs dog while Wicket is a psycho.

Trivia : Who knows what their names have in common?
