Make sure the middle name start with a J. It will allow for awesome initials like M.J., T.J., D.J....and my favorite E.J.

This works just as well for girls as it does for guys.

So for middle names (you decide gender wise) : Jordan, James, Joseph, Jessica, Jean, Jacob, Jill, Jane, Jamie, Julio, Joshua.
