GP GT Vs a few cars

Turbo B18C Civic hatch Had about a Car him in first gear......till he got traction. he walked away lol. Maybe 4-5 cars on me when I let off.

2008 Stang GT Automatic I had about 3 cars on him when I shut down at 100 mph.

G8 GT with a Tune had about 3/4 a car on me when I shut down at 80-90.

Ls1 T/a. Big cam,heads,Rear,Headers,geared ect. Had about 10 cars on me. lol (good friends car, things a monster).




All races done on a closed trucking company parking lot which is about a 1/2 mile long. My first to 2nd gear Wot shift is slipping aswell. I went 3/4 throttle at the end of first so the trans didnt slip to bad, but obviously lost some ground. Most runs from a 10 roll or a launch

Really. You had 3 cars on an 08 stang. Don't think so buddy. Unless he dropped his keys as you took off it didn't happen. ESPECIALLY with a gt AND at 100 mph.

These cars really run like raped apes with high compression when tuned right...G8's are mid 13 cars really...they don't impress me that much.

I beat that G8 when it was stock, the tune made a huge difference. I really think that car might hit 12's from it(it also has a intake). It was only running 13 degrees WOT timing on the stock setup. We tuned into the mid 20's. Also learned that GM has a bulletin out on those cars to replace the pistons and DOD on those for oil consumption.

Nice runs. I also was shocked as to how i was able to pull away from a gt mustang when i played. I thought they had more than that but oh well. And i am a mustang person i got the gtp to save on gas and have something different. But i do have to say it was a great feeling watching him in the rear view.
