Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

GP could be gone this weekend

Oxymoron: Civic - Fun
Going to carmax to see what they will give me for it, if they will give me 12,500 to 13000 I will get rid of it more than likely and probly pick up a 94-00 integra ls or gsr. I looked at some bmw's but you cant get one with lower miles for its age for under 5k. But my question was is it possible to make a fast integra(12's) without a turbo?

Tired of paying so much for it and would like to get rid of some debt, the car also has some kind of problem when you give it light gas it dont go forward till it catches but it only does that rarely...ive tried at least 5 times of taking it to the dealership and they just say they cant reproduce the problem so im done with that. And yes I know its a honda but its a good car. I used to have a 94 ls that I could kick myslef in the back of the head for getting rid of it.

It's probably because your throttle body is gunked up and you need to remove it and clean it. Common issue with DBW cars and the '04+ W-Bodies.

Dealership said it could be a Hub bearing, it feels like transmission but im not sure, I just know if you keep pushing the gas it will slam kinda hard when it does catch after maybe 2 or 3 seconds of only rolling a slight bit.

You know as well as I do I know nothing about cars and couldnt do that, I know where the throttle body is but I wouldnt mess with anything engine wise.

It's 4 friggen bolts...there are no gaskets...its a 10mm bolt size...take your intake off...unplug the TB...remove it...scrub it clean with brake clean and a towel...wipe it dry...reverse order. It's seriously easy.

Well...your car is acting up...and it normally deals with starting and acceleration issues...so I'd start there since its FREE.

Its more of slipping and engagement kind of feeling, the car revs up fine when its doing it and responds as it should but it only rolls foward a little, and it is all free it has a 100k mille warranty but they are just idiots and the DS.

I'm just saying that is something they will never do and they'll list a billion things before they come to the conclusion you need new everything.

LOL, so true. I will look into that this weekend after I go to carmax. I like the car but its alot of gas and moneyz and insurance. Id be saving probly $400 a month with a 4 cyl slow or not. I also want a manual again something fierce.

Ok, so you should expect some grief for getting rid of a GP for a Honda. Fair warning...

1. You say you want to get an Integra in the 12's, but you won't even touch your TB?

2. Tired of repairs and you want a '94 Integra?

Giving you a hard time for wanting a Paul Walker car.
