05 GP base stock rims and tires, my tires were pretty worn down and once in a while it wouldn't feel right when I turned the wheel, (felt sluggish sort of) plus my tire sensor would come on in the car even though I had correct pressure in all the tires, so I purchased 4 new tires 225/60/r16

And now I feel a little vibration from the front drivers side when on the highway, I was going to swap the front to the back to see if maybe if is wasn't balanced correctly, but I would believe it should be.

think the tie rod could be bad or anyone know anything else to possibly look for that could be causing this

I'd just say out of balance tire, it not un-common for a new weight to fling off.

New weight coulda just not been pounded on far enough and you hit the right bump and off it went.

As for the tie rod, most service shops will check for play to try and up sell on tire tickets. Unless you just went to a discount tire where they dont do anything like that.

If you had any dents in your rim, or slightly out of round, getting new tires with stiffer sidewalls can amplify any vibration they might cause. Static balancing generally doesn't compensate for that, only a spin balance. Old tires with worn out softer sidewalls can definitely feel sluggish.

The "tire" sensor on the 05 only detects the wheels RPM which changes slightly based on pressure. So a worn out sidewall could also give low readings.
