got 15's ???



I've got 2 12's and I'm in need of an amp badly, mines just too weak for them. Oh and also my box decided to take a crap on me and the SQ took a nose dive. Can't even put it up past 1/4 of the volume and it starts to sound like a**. So now I gotta save up for a new box and an amp I've been having my eye on, HFi1500D?

What is your budget? and what do you want out of it?
 
Right now like $50 lol. Im just gonna get a ported box from a guy over here he makes them on his spare time. And as for the amp that should be more than enough for the two 12's I got, just gotta save up the money for it.
 
Do you know what the rms on those speakers are? I'm having trouble finding specs on those for some reason. But from what i see stay sealed with them...
 


Yeah RMS is 300 but I got a friend that is running 400 to them and hes had them for over a year now and still holding up good. He's running a ported box and they hit pretty hard. I have an old sealed box in my garage I gotta fix. Once I do I'll put them in there to see how they sound just to compare to my friends. And yes I know hes pushing more power to his than I am but I can still see the difference from my old box.
 
if you dont want to destroy them keep them at 300 watts RMS each in sealed boxes...

Sealed boxes if the correct size have better harmonic distortion traits.... Its crazy but true.
