stripes should be like this and maybe go with the rim theme here too. i would even suggest a thin pinstripe on the outsided of each rally stripe...
I'm thinking of painting the grey portion red and bringing the stripes all the way down. I like the white bumper bottom Idea, but the front is all red. I love the speed and I really don't want to sacrifice any of it for bigger rims, but to throw a white powder coat over the stockers seems like a good Idea. Maybe even a pair of new white 17's.
Very noticeable stripes are just tacky unless anyone can prove otherwise.
Only reason i posted is because you referred to thisas ballin.
Sorry, but being noticed is the point of rally stripes unless you can prove otherwise. When you see rally stripes on 90% of vehicles, they are contrasting colors to the general paint.
Pairing red and white is a generally normal trend. Maybe if my stripes were bright green it would be tacky, but then again, I guess that my use of the word ballin' led you to cross-refference me with a showoff or gloater (most of wich are generally tacky?) or even ignorant. From then you probably felt a compelling need to stand up for whatever it is that you're fighting for and call me out on my dialect, however; You admitted your reason for your unproductive post and I do respect your opinion anyhow. Just know that you don't have to try to burn me because of my choice of words. Instead, you could come to the acceptance that some people use words that you might not be used to hearing, and there is no progression in assuming the role of the grammer police... because that's just not ballin'
