Just driving home normally today, and I got these three codes from my dash command app (sorry I don't run android and torque).

P0753
P0758
P1860

I just need to know what needs fixing here, but a fluid and filter change is definitely getting done today.

Pull the electrical connections on the trans check them for any corrosion and clean them. If they are greenish use some battery terminal cleaner and follow up with some good electrical contact cleaner that does not leave residue.
