Good by Grand Prix, Hello new car.. Maybe WRX or G8 GT..
I was heading down the LA freeway 118 West heading into work. I was in the number#4 lane going with the flow of traffic at 67-68 miles an hour. Before I know it I have a 2009 Nissan Titan spinning out into my lane. The lady was merging onto the freeway and had lost controll of her vechile.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is why we can't have nice things. Too bad about the car, glad you are well enough to be sharing pictures

Yes I flipped the truck ... she told the CHP a semi cut her off and she tried to avoid him... It was really bad.. I am in pain. I get anxiety driving. I do not have a car to drive back and forth to work and the lady had insurance for her but it was not on the vehicle because it belonged to her son. soo we play the wait game....

I have been in that situation. Her insurance will still cover the damage done to you by her driving. The only question is will it cover her sons truck. That isn't your problem. If they hassle you too much, call your insurance. They will start working on getting you back on the road and go after her insurance company. Usually once you start that process her insurance will get moving because they don't want to have to reimburse whatever your insurance is willing to cover.

Don't sign any medical release or tell them you are feeling fine. They can still pay you for your car without you signing any release for medical. Having been injured in accidents twice, I can say you want to wait 2 months after you are totally better or your doctor releases you to make sure there won't be long term problems. It is probably wise to go see your doctor. Worst case he can give you muscle relaxers and some physical therapy to help you get back to normal.

Sorry to hear. Ditto on that glad to hear you are ok. Sawyour post on one of the So Cal Grand Prix Facebook pages. Best of luck withthings. The 118 can suck sometimes.

I'm betting semi didn't cut her off but she attempted to cut semi off and lost.

Good luck with everything though. The car, is just a car. Take care of yourself,
