GMR Chain specs needed

I work for an engineering company and they are interested in helping us with our 1 inch chain issue, but I need specs on the chain and sprockets before they can be made.

Sprocket inner and outer Diameters? Tooth count? They are 3/8 pitch on the teeth.

Chain is a double roller, but what is the roller width, diameter and length? The more details the easier this will be to get made and tested. Anyone know the tinsel strength?

Very good idea. I have also thought about doing this. I don't know any of those specs so I cannot directly help you, but my $0.02 is this: Find somebody who owns a GMR set that is not currently in use and ask if you can borrow it for a few $$. Immediately have somebody at your office do a 3-D CAD model of it. If the materials are not explicitely known, have an X-ray spectroscopy performed to determine composition.
