GMPP vs. BMR Trailing Arms

Its just that, GM Performance Parts, strut and spring combo. Pretty much KONI made their "inserts" into a McPherson Strut front and rear for GM and the W-Body's. They are adjustable. (dampening)

If I have time, someday in the future, I will produce some kick ass trailing arms and lateral arms. That's all I am saying, they will be kick ass no doubt. I have the design in my head, just need to put it to paper, and start machining and fabricating.

I got mine from HT (formerly Held i believe). Theyre around Grand Rapids, MI. Erik is a really cool guy and sold me a set for $100+shipping. The arms are powdercoated mild steal. I asked him why they don't have a chromoly option and he says that chromoly should actually be checked at least once a year for cracks. I guess it gets small cracks over time, and since most people probably wouldn't do that, he didn't mess with it. Now, I dont know how accurate that is, but he said if these rust, or I manage to break them, he'll replace them.

Just another option to look at, they seem to be getting some attention on the other forum.

FWIW, when i called a couple weeks ago, Erik said they were coming out with a new version of trailing arms. That's how I got mine cheaper, he said they were the last set of that batch that no one had bought. They were supposed to be $130+shipping. I BELIEVE (dont quote me) he said they charge $100 for a matte black powdercoat finish and $130 for any color you want powdercoat finish.

I would assume the coil overs are around the price of the ZZP ones, I saw a post somewhere that said they are actually the HT/Held ones. Again, not 100%.

has any one here ran Progress front sway bar on their GTP??? are the that much better then GMPP sway bars .

Has anybody just lowered the front of their car? Cuz I kinda like the ride hight of my rear end, I have around 140lb's in stereo in the trunk. and that link ^^^ for ZZP shows you can buy fronts or rears, or both.
