gmpp rear sway bar help

Hi. I installed a gmpp rear sway bar the other day and now I can hear a metal on metal sound. I looked under the car and it looks like the frame and sway bar are too close and they rub whenever I hit a bump. I made sure the sway bar is spaced correctly and torqued everything to spec. Any advice? Thanks.

I pulled the gmpp one off and compared it to my original one and the gmpp one is about 2 inches shorter from end to end. The part # on the bar is 10351314. Does anybody know if that part would fit a 2001 Grand Prix?

werid.. I have one on my buick and it doesnt make any noise. Got it off a junked car.


That part number looks to be the bar off the 04+ GPs
