Glow Shift Oil Pressure Gauges

So rant time because fu*k glow shift and their $hit gauges. So I out my glow shift gauge in several weeks ago and ever since that gauge reads between 7-10 psi higher than the actual oil pressure. I've contacted them and they had me get ohm readings from the sensor and said o it's fine. Sensor is within specs.
I then asked then why the neck does it read high. Response. We don't know. Could be mechanical gauge is off.
Second problem is my back light quit working the other day. Won't light up. Called about that today and was told they would replace it.

Gave them my debit card info to pay for new one (refund when I return old one) and my card wouldn't process. Said I was giving them the wrong billing address. Which is BS because I'm holding a statement in hand and says the address I have them is the billing. Checked banking website. Same thing.
Well considering where I am with this car I like knowing what my oil pressure is. They said I'd need to send in the old unit before I get a new one.
So long story short....they suck. I'm ordering one of AEMs good oil pressure gauges that can rely on. Then sending in this one to get fixed. So I'll have this gauge back and will probably sell it for dirt cheap. Cause it's worth about as much as dirt.

No offense, But I'm not sure why people cheap out on gauges.... But I guess, for the price of one good gauge, say AEM, Defi, or whathave you, you can have a fleet of those multi colour glowsh*ts....

I went with AEM right from the start, I figured, if i ever sold my GP, i could keep my gauges, and transfer them to another car. Gotta pay to play.

Yup. I got an AEM one on the way. I just though it looked good honestly. I'm gonna stick with name brand now

If you're gonna sell the glowsh1t gauge cheap anyways I'll probably take it off your hands.. just as something thats slightly better than the stock gauge in my camaro lol.

I was looking into glowshift gauges, for oil pres and volts. But after reading this I'm gonna gonna steer clear. I'm seen lots of mixed reviews on them on the internets.

Yea I've had nothing but problems. It's only being installed for 5 weeks. With a problem from the get go. I mean the sandwich filter is good but that's it

I've had 2 of there gauges so far.

1st oil pressure gauge lasted over a year before either the sendor or the gauge itself went bad as it would bounces all crazy like. So I figured since it has no warranty anymore I would buy another but with a digital display. Installed it and it worked for 3-4 months and now it's pegged at 140+ all the time, ****ing sendor is likely fired and I gave up on them. They are cheap quality but look good, which sucks. I would avoid them aswell.

Well. Got my replacement oil pressure and seems to be working good. It reads within 2+- of what the stock sensor reads. So maybe this one will last awhile

I run all GlowShift gauges in my car. Volts, Boost, Oil Pressure.

I use the oil pressure adapter sandwich which installs between the oil filter, and the sending unit is on the adapter. Super easy installation.

I've had all my gauges (besides the oil pressure) for 3 years now with zero issues. Oil Pressure I've had a little over a year and never had any problems with it as well. Looks I'm one of few with good luck with them.
