they dont make those.

You gotta pull the dash cluster out and install blue leds in there. Search for a write up and it'll show you how.

you buy an overlay, and then put blue led bulbs in there.

they dont sell it has a whole.

Its just an overlay that I got off ebay 5 years ago. No LED's needed, the blue backlight is within the overlay itself. You will need LED's if you want to change the color of the DIC, but not the cluster.
