getting mistaken for a GTO



Oh Yes that has happend, last time I went to the track, the annoucner said, "here's the goat, lets see how baaaaaddd she is"...lol wtf...and of course sometimes, I get the grand am...

wow that guy must be pretty dumb. because i dont think the 04+ gp's look anything like a gto or a grand am haha.... and its only available as a 4 door

I'm not sure I've ever heard a GP mistaken for a GTO, or vice versa. But I guess it could happen - sometimes people get caught up on the name - I hear GP's called GA's all the time.

Some people's kids...I tell ya.

Heh heh. At least you don't have an S-10 Blazer with a Bronco spare tire cover on it... Some dude I went to high school with back in the day drove one.
 
i have heard my hood looks like a GTO hood but nobody has ever thought the car itself was a GTO, i get the Grand Am run-around all the time tho, and people have actually tried to tell me they were the same thing.
 


I had a de-badged Grand Am, people thought it was a Grand Prix all the time...
I've had people ask me if my car was a GXP, but never a GTO
I just tell them it's a WS6 & walk away ;)
