Getting knock w/ 3.4 pulley & All suported mods

I just installed my zzp mps yesterday and i am getting up to 3* of knock @ WOT and i have all the supported mods installed. Speed daddy headers, AL104'S, 180 tstat w/ pcm & fans tuned for it, custom cat back dual exhaust system, zzp wizaired cai. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
 


I have a DHP tuner. So i basically have to tune my torque management? Should i tune myself or get an intense tune and start from there and modify the bin as i add more mods?
 
Buying a tune doesnt make any sense to me if you have a tuner find someone thats running a 3.4 setup and modify their bin file that shouldn't be to hard.
 


you have a powertuner? hook that **** up and use it!

torque management is pulling timing in the upper rpm to save your transmission. once you push the limits off all the torque measurements way out it goes away. then your transmission blows up, or at least mine did.

I couldnt even find some of those to scan but here is my scan though. I think im going to do what 02grandprixiraqvet said and find someone with a 3.4 tune and modify it for my car. Maybe someone on the powertuner site can give me one. Do any of you guys have one i could have? Id appreciate it.

That scan was pretty Useless with out knowing 02's,timing, And throttle position. But from what I see the pcms pulling fuel WOT and your trims are all over the place. Which isnt good. Your maf needs a good tune.. http://www.scandepot.net/viewscan.php?pk=5280 this is what you want your scan to look like. If I were you I would learn how to scan and tune. It will only help you in the long run. I wouldn't get another file off of a random car. If anything, use a dhp 1.0 you can get off the powrtuner website until you learn how to scan and tune properly yourself. Make your own tune so you know whats changing or has changed.

I would download UvScan to scan. Then Eddies table modifier to do a bunch of maf tuning. Make small changes each time and flash it with powrtuner. Make sure to save the files in order so you can always go back to something if you don't like that change.
 
That knock isnt false. False knock is like 0,0,0,0,3.8,0,0,0,0, When knock builds stays consistent like in his scan its real

my downpipe on sway bar held constant 5-6* with a matco scanner through top of each gear on stock pulley with intake and headers. just puttin it out there. and i have the same headers he has.
 
Is your sway bar flipped ? IF NOT... flip it so the triangle points down. Then it won't hit your downpipe of your header.
 


No my sway bar isn't flipped...at least im not sure it is. I didn't really pay attention when it was being installed by the shop. I will take it to them later and check when it stops raining.


I have uvscan but whenever i click and open install.bat like the zip instructions stated to do before opening uvscan, i always get an error so im using the powrtuner program to scan.

Here is the scan i did this morning on my way home from work. It was raining and 51 degrees outside. But i'm not sure why some sections have those lines on them and are blank. I was at lights so that's the scan is as long as it is and took me that long to go WOT. Only thing that does not show is vehicle speed even though i added that to scan.

I dont see 100 percent wot anywhere on that scan. I see 80 percent either Your TPS is reading wrong or you didnt go WOT. Replace the TPS and check to make sure the Throttle body cable is pulling the TB the whole way open. Also you are lean, Add 3 percent fueling to the 7,250 to 11,500 HZ Remember to add 2.5 to 7KhZ 2 percent to 6,750. 1.5 percent to 6,500 and so forth so it doesnt create a spike

Yea my foot wasnt all the way down on the peddle. I was afraid i would mess my engine up because of the knock. But here is a better scan.

You are way lean. Check rail pressure. You need to add alot of fuel if rail pressure is good. I suspect you have a fueling issue. Yeah dont go WOT lol. Your 02's are hitting in the 700's you want the in the 940 range Is this on a stock maf tune or something?
