Getting AM and steering wheel controls to work

There was a thread started in the general discussion section about this but it wasn't my thread and I have other questions so I figure'd I'd post them here. Also if you know of anything better than what I linked let me know. Thanks.

So I have this radio... DEH-3200UB - CD Receiver with iPod® Direct Control and USB input | Pioneer Electronics USA

I'd like to get the AM and steering wheel controls working again. Would this work for the AM?

Would this work for the steering wheel controls?

And are these any good? Since getting tint my FM and been a little fuzzy certain places where it wasn't before.

One thing to realize is, that the ASWC-1 will only work when The aftermarket head unit must have a SWC (Steering Wheel Control) 3.5mm input or steering wheel remote control input wire (blue/yellow). If your aftermarket radio doesn't have this plug, but DOES have a remote control, you could use a PAC-Audio SWI-X
