Gettin tint tomorrow...what % should I do?



I will get some pics up tomorrow! I think it turned out great and Im happy with it. I went straight to work from the tint place so I will get some up asap.

Broo, I live down here in Monroe Michigan.. If your gonna get the tint just get that 5% all the way around.. Just keep an look out for the state troopers!
 
I go 35, that is my preferance. I personally don't liek it to dark I would still like to see out the window. Where I grew up some people would limo tint ALL windows including the windsheild, gay, dark is not my cup of tea, so I would make it 35
 


I got my windows tinted a couple years ago, did 50% on the front, and 35% on the back. I wish I would have gone darker all the way around. Only reason I went so light is because the place I went only had 5%, 35%, and 50%. He basically scared me into not going darker by making it seem like the police would pull me over. I haven't been pulled over in the 2 years that I've had em tinted though :P
 
Its been a couple days and Im happy with the way mine looks, true I could have done the 15% all around BUT being a Black car it all blends in so well and looks good. Gonna clean it up tomorrow and take new pics!

good too see another MI resident!! im from port huron area. i have 5% on all my backs and 30% on the front. i havent been hassled yet (knock on wood), but ive had it done for a month or 2 now. it really only depends on if the cop wants to be a dick or not. ud be safer with going 30 on the front. 20 is pushin it.
 


nikki I take it you went with 20% all around? Thats what I have on my car I love it glad I didnt get any darker, I wouldn't be able to see outside. Not many street lights out here where I drive haha.
