You know...years ago...guys just used to use the MPS system and drop crazy amounts of pulley sizes but used race gas to kill the knock...

lol true. They used old school ways of tuning as well. Unplug the IAT and put in a resistor/whatever to run +2 degrees of timing. AFC or something older was there to add fuel. No wideband/scanning.

That's when all the "how to's" were made, you could find a 20,000 mile gtp and run it as hard as you wanted. The owners were also a little older at the time to afford the car and didn't drive like a teenager all the time. Nowadays, it's the opposite, young kids, cheap cars and they take a beating with high mileage.

Not sure about around your area but race gas at $8+ per gallon where i live...

But it appears money is not a problem since he's going to keep running the small pulley... throw money away..

Screw machining, I'll just cut the end of the snout off, and put a 1"pulley on that thing. I should be making what 25+lbs of boost...I'll race a lambo and let you guys know how it goes. :burnrubber0:

Just cut belt grooves in the shaft where the pulley mounts to...

<1" pulley
