Gen 5/V blower, polishing tips??

I spent countless hours sanding and polishing mine.. soo much sanding cylinders and sand paper lol... i eneded up sending it to Josh Vandenberg and he finished it up and i can say i am glad bc i dont think mine wouldnt have been as shiny as his lol..

Oh and also just a suggestion but imo a good one... sand down those casting bumps completely.. it takes a little longer but trust me it will be worth it ;)

haha yea that's my main goal i almost got it all smoothed out, im still on 80 grit one its all smoothed out it should get a little easier IMO. its alot of work but its worth it, thank god i got a demel lol
 
Ya it is definitely worth it once its all said and done... i used a dremmel at first but then switched to a die grinder and it did wonders! :)

a die grinder worked better then a demel? i guess in some spots it would now that im thinking about it maybe ill give it a try
