for some reason the GP is lovin its 5 gallons of 101 mixed with 89
 


I have just recently used the 10% ethonol mix gas in my 98 gp. after using half a tank I can honestly say I AM NOT IMPRESED. seat of the pants power is down as well as fuel milage. this sucks!
 
correct me if i'm wrong but gas stations are using the 10% ethonal and mixing it with the cheapest fuel around? i'm not sure but the cheapest gas station i can find around here has that sign posted " contains 10% ethonal " ....and its the only station i know of that has that...

exxon just started it here on all grades
 
We here in Missouri have had 10% Eth in our gas for a long time now. I never really looked to see if our 93oct has it or not, but I am betting it does. Basically by using the 10% eth in the gas, they are essentially thinning out regular gasoline in the hopes it last longer. It certainly does not provide any extra power or performance.
 
well I have read where a few GPers have talked about this and had to try for myself. Just couldnt listen to good advice had to find out the hard way!
now I have to really hunt to find E free gas.
 
Good luck with that. Ethanol is replacing MTBE as the oxygenater in gasoline. Ethanol doesn't poison the water supply like MTBE does.
 


well if you guys think your gas is pricey come to my place,you will pay $1.35per liter.Over half of the people I know go down to the border and fill up there,its way cheaper for us to do that.
 


in Charles city Iowa 87 around 3.14 89 (ethenal blend) 3.00 91 3.25ish < gotta love the gp and Harley drinking the good stuff
 
it is 2.25 for 87 in St.Louis but someone told me that Missouri has the most expensive gas right now but i'm not sure if that is true or not
