Sooo Back on June 28th I bought myself a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT @ 135,000kms. $7,860.00CAD

Anyways just barely one week after having it the check engine light comes on(needed transmission fluid which they said they put in); the ABS went and the Fuel Pump blew, so it went in the shop for 2 weeks; got it back 1 week later the Engine light came back on and when I stop at a stop light then proceed at about 60km/h the cars RPM will drop then pick up then drop again, also upon start up i sit there i hear a bubbling noise like bubbling liquid and running liquid coming from the engine -which i never heard before, then my entire door panals starting falling off and the cd player falls out (held in with Skotch tape). Anywaysssss why im ranting is because; no one should go to galaxy motors; they will not honor there customers, they fixed my car once; but wont do it again. And I'm wondering, What should I do? ( have not even made the first months payment)

well first of all, the rpm's jumpin up and down sounds like the crank position sensor... second if u have full coverage.... TOTAL it!!! get a new car.

Take it back, lemon laws will protect you inside 30 days.... you could find a way better GP on these forums just about anyday of the week.....WAY CHEAPER!!!!

I don't know about Canadian law, but in the US, lemon laws only protect buyers of new cars. All used cars are required to be sold with a big label that states "As is - no warranty" if the car has no warranty.

I'd recommend talking to a Canadian lawyer to see what your options are.

They are trying to say i have had it more then a month and therefore they are unable to take it back; when in actual fact I've had it for 2 weeks of the 1 month due to nit being in the shop; I'm still fighting them for them to take it back.

I would be taking it back for sure. I bought the same car with the same milage last year for $4800 That place sounds like a huge scam.

by all means im getting another 02 grand prix GT just better XD i freaking love theses cars
