• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

The car show is going to be on March 30th right here: 1032 marietta parkway - Google Maps from 10am to 4pm.

Admission cost will probably be $5 and registration will be around $10.

Categories are:
Best Import
Best Domestic
Best POS (as in "I can't believe that thing actually runs")
Best Sound
Most Unique
Best Bike

There will not be any catering, but there are several places nearby to go grab a bite to eat.

All of admission $ and half of registration $ will go to the Atlanta chapter of the Nephcure Foundation. The remaining half of registration $ will go to my fraternity (Kappa Sigma).

For every car you bring to show it will be $5 off registration. Bring 2 or more cars and registration is $0. If the other driver attends they need to pay admission, but that goes charity.

Spread the word.

Looking forward to the show :th_winking: Weather may be a problem but hoping for the best:th_laugh-pointup: It's two blocks from where I get the car painted all the time.

marking the calender for sure!! whats all the info on it? reason?..type of cars? contests?...ect ;-)

More info is on the way. I just got the lot reserved so we can mark it on our calendars.

For now though we are thinking to have:
best import
best domestic
best boat
best sound
most unique
and possibly something for best group turnout

I also am trying to have lunch available for purchase.

It is a fundraiser for my fraternity (Kappa Sigma). We are looking to move off campus as SPSU's housing department sucks.

Ok cool... and you go to Southern Poly?... im transferring there 2 semester from now

Its a good school. Just don't live on campus. Find a place just off campus and you will be very happy.

My favorite part of the school are the small class sizes, it allows the professor to tweak his/her lecture to better suit you.

ya i live off campus anyway..in Dunwoody.. my roommate goes to Southern Poly he says he likes it too.. another goes to Tech (SPSU's big brother haha :th_winking:) what you studying?

Mechanical Engineering. 55% of the students are engineering majors. That number has skyrocketed in the last 2 years. No longer is it a comp sci or architorture school.

nice ya im a CS major lol.. roommate is a Mechatronic engineering major.. the other Aerospace Engineering... well cool man we need to meet up sometime.. if you ever need help with car or anything too let me know im pretty handy with a wrench lol

Hopefully I will have my 1988 Fiero Formula 3800SC put back together by then. maybe even a fresh paint job! I live right off Dallas hwy near Barrett pkwy so this is right in my neighborhood.

Just so nobody is scared to enter there car, I will be entering my POS GP. Park next to me and your car will look 10x better.

This is only like 5hrs for me, buuuut there's a small gathering the same day only a couple of hours away. Have fun ya'll.

If I were in ATL this weekend I'd bring something out. it's 4.5 hours, and I have to come up in a couple weeks anyway, so no bueno.

I totally just realized this is the weekend of Easter. Sadly this means that I nor any of my cars will be at the show, because I will be in Michigan for the holiday.
