Depends on what year and type, but yes the G6 3.9L comes with a 6 speed manual transmission in 2006-2008 (I think) for GT and GTP models.

yeah really dude you've helped out a lot. project is under way. He just bought the tranny. We're gonna get parts collected including a new engine cradle to modify. Finding an ECU has proven to be rather difficult.

Nope, going n/a only. He's looking for kind of a quick daily that he can bullsh*t in every now and then. 300 at the crank will be the magic number here. Plus, being able to say he has the only 3900 powered GP in town is cool too.
