torque management on the 04+s is horrible. The previous Gens are faster in stock form then thier stock replacements. Plus the gearing plays a big difference.

Yea, she definitely knows her stuff, i really lucked out finding an amazing girl like her. has the personality to match, too, but i didnt start this post to advertise my g/f, don't wanna get off on a rant or i won't shutup...lol. Anyway, thanks for all the input guys, i figured the Torque Management played a big role in the 04+ GPs. I thought it seemed a lil slower that 97-03 GT GPs that ive driven before. Okay, threadjacking my own thread, can someone tell me how to get around the problem of substituting 04+ GP's returnless fuel lines with fuel rail and injectors that will work with a Gen III M90? iirc, the 97-03 GTP fuel line setup is a returnable type. Would I have to use an 04+ GTP fuel setup?
