Fuse box missing female plug?

Okay, so im considering buying this GTP, the only problem is that it wont start, so as im digging through the engine bay just checking for visual impurities, i took the casing off the fuse box and notice there are i believe 4 female plugs and one plug isnt plugged in and i got to looking and i cant find it? its the one on the lower right side if your looking towards the fuse box, where would that be located because i think that could be the problem. They said they were going to part it out but in the middle of taking it apart they decided just sell as whole so im assuming they didnt get it back together right.

Can anyone help me locate this damn plug in?
