fuse box fire 06' GT

Greeting,
My fuse block caught fire and I can't get my car running right. Looks like the low beam relay melted a hole right through the entire fuse block taking out the wiring harness that goes into the cabin. I've bought other fuse blocks from junk yards and none match. I re-spliced all the wires from the harness and stuck all the pins where they appear to go and the car runs but it has no horn and wipers, also the low beam is intermittent. Sometimes the low beam works but it won't turn off and other times it won't come on at all unless i flick the relay.

The fuse block from a 06 Grand Prix GT is very difficult to find, perhaps that might be the problem. I would like to be driving this car once again, any thoughts on this electrical issue before I part out the car?

maybe you got a wire crossed? and/or if you used the same relays as were in your burned up box maybe they got to hot when the low beam burned up and are now malfunctioning.

Maybe so on the low beams, I need to start with the correct fuse block. I priced it at the dealer and its $650 which I don't have at the moment.

I learned some things about my fuse block. I recently got the correct fuse block from timboku (thank you!) and the blocks have letter identifiers to match cars, mine is a "PC" electrical system. I happy to have the right fuse block however, I still have issues with my wipers, horn, and low beams. The engine harness has a black and white stripe wire that burnt the insulation off on several places. Does any one here have any idea how to remove this engine harness that plugs into the fuse block? This looks like an electrical nightmare. thank you in advance.
