so this has nothing to do with my gtp but my sister's 5-speed 98 eclipse, she wanted me to take it out for a test drive and try to figure out what a noise was, well i end up getting on the highway and me and my buddy see a 5 speed 1986 toyta corrola that had a ricer can on it and sure enough he wanted to race so we go and WOW what a gay race it seemed to take for ever just to get from 40 to 50 mph and them finally we start to pull ahead i looked over at my buddy and said... wow that was the slowest gayest funniest race ever.then we get off the highway and he follows and asked me "is that the turboed eclipse" i started laughing and said no man and then his g/f looks at me a smiles and he takes off

Lmao, that is funny.

All the little ricers around here get excited when they 'race' me becuase I just play with them by easing into the gas just enough to stay beside them.

There all like "W.T.F O.M.G I IS KEEPING UP WITh TEH GTPEH THAT OUTRUNS VIPERZ"

Then I wave 'Bye Bye' to them and show them what forced induction is for. :D

Rofl, sorry for the thread hijack, but I just noticed you live in Warner Robins TDC.

Ever seen a faded/chipping paint 454 SS truck around? It's a buddy of mine. :D

um is it black? and has a white magnetic sign on the door? They got a cupple down here but the one i see the most is that one...i think he works for the centerville police department or something cuz his truck is always there..Black guy or white guy?..you in corrections or are you a cop?

lol, the best funniest race we had was in high school when we raced two 1989 ford ranger 5spd 4 cyl. long box trucks. I don't even know what the speed got to but on the second race I ran out and dropped the tailgate for a little more aerodynamics and the other passenger jumped in the box for a little more weight in the back for traction off the line... That truck you could have the throttle pegged at highway speeds and maybe hit 80mph downhill.

lol geez those were the good old days...drop the tailgate to go fastester :th_lightbulb:
