Fueling woes found out the issues!

Fuel doesn't prime thru the rails and my fuel pressure reads 20 psi I need 40 psi correct? so I basically determined my fueling is effed up so thats the reason my KR is so high when reving and cruising so im replacing the fuel pump, FPR , and Fuel filter along with fuel injector cleaner and other things I should replace fuel related thanks!

Fuel pump rewire kit I will grab... when installing the fuel pump should I need to replace the fuse and or relay?

the rewire kit should come with everything you need, i just put mine on last week. Just make sure its the caspers one
