Fuel Pump Relay Problems

My 98 GTP is burning fuel pump relays and I dont know what is causing it. It went threw 2 in 2 weeks about 2 months ago, then the problem went away and now just yesturday it started to burn the fuel pump relay thats been in there for the last 2 months so I replaced it with a new one and the new one burned out within 45 minutes. Does anyone know what might be causing this and is there anything I can do?
 


What size fuse is on that circuit? Maybe there's a corroded contact in the fuse box behind it..but a relay is a magnet that closes a circuit and relays higher power to the fuel pump.
