Fuel Pump Hotwire kit worth it?

So, for those of you that ran it through the car, did you just run it right up to the fuel pump cover over the pump in the trunk and drop it down through there?? Wondering if I can avoid going under the car and then back up over the fuel tank from underneath if possible...

The only reason I ran mine inside was for added protection. I also had the complete interior out which made it super easy to get the wiring to sit correctly.

I think I might do that one day (interior out)... But gotta line up a bunch of stuff, like sound deadening stuff, lol, but would love to rearrange wiring. Gets a bit messy when you do one thing, then another, etc. lol
