fuel pressure question

finally got this 99 gtp back together ( new heads), darn thing won't start. well, starts and runs for 3 sec.'s or so and quits. shows no fuel press. at the rail. pump runs when ign. turned on. no kinks in the lines, every plug plugged in,fresh/checked vac lines and the darned thing drove in the shop. any clues? thanks, Jim Devier

fuel pump resistor?? try jumping the wires overriding it , or bend over pin 85 over on the relay......and see if u can keep it running
