Fuel injector difference

Dadillac

So I bought on eBay what were supposed to be the correct injectors for my 2003 3.4 Impala base
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171342460668?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
The OEM part number should be 25323971 according to Rock Auto. What they sent me were OEM part number 25323972 which are for the 3.8 engine. Physically they are the same but there has to be a difference. A quick google search found me this website
http://clean.injectorrx.com/delphi-fuel-injectors/
That shows different specs for the two different injectors. My question is will the slight numerical differences make an issue with the function of the injector? Can I install the 25323972 (3.8 engine) injector in my 3.4 engine and the car run as it should? Or should I contact the seller and wait for a return and reshipment? Thanks in advance

Get the rite ones, 3800 injectors will run rich on ur 3400

Wrong. They will actually flow slightly less, at a slightly lower pressure, about %4 lower each. The 3800 ones still fall in the allowable spec for your engine, so they should work, if you are replacing ALL of them, and are stock.

The engine is 100% stock and all 6 are to be replaced. Will the computer be able to correct the air/fuel ratio so I am not running lean? If so I assume the car will be down on power? Physically I know the injectors will fit but not sure about the flow rate differences. This is my sons car and he wouldn't know about spark knock and what to do if it is leaning out. But if the engine will be fine and not set any codes I am okay with it

Just an update. Emailing with the seller they insured me that the injectors were indeed for the 3.4 engine even though the GM number on the injector pointed to the 3.8. So I decided to install them on Friday. Took about 2 1/2 hours, including a run to the store for a new plenum gasket, and all is well. I was definitely leery of installing them not knowing for sure if they would work.

The wierd thing is both injectors ohmed at 12.2. According to the chart I found it shows 12 and 12.6. So not sure what to make of it all?
