UPDATE: so i was suppose to be picking up a built trans today so i could continue with my build, but as some of you may know i drove all the way to Maryland and the trans wasn't what it was suppose to be, witch sucks 5 hours, 6+ gallons of fuel and $15 in tolls wasted..

ehh not to bad come talk to me when when you drive 15 hours round trip to go buy a truck to only find out the truck was wrecked the mornign of going to get it

wasn't what it was said to be, no proof of hard parts no paper work in hand and he wouldn't let me pull it apart to see the inside. it was pretty dirty too i walked away because i didn't wanna gamble $2500

i wouldnt do it in a gp personally im lookin for a foxbody right now actually not sure if i want a lx or gt

yeah they are way lighter im thinking maybe and 88 my uncle had one but i want a 93 cuz thats the year i was born but thats when they switched to hypernuematic pistons no more forged

if i got one id rip off all that fuel injection BS and go carbureted this is the one in my work i like it just sits we have over 80 mustangs

yeah i figured ahhaha but i heard after like 87 it became much easier to mod thats why i want one cuz ill make it racekar

racekar lol they can move but more expensive to mod then a GP

not aloud thats why i want a mustang cuz its a fast loud v8 and tons of options for modding and i can pull the engine for different heads and a cam im gonna build the thing

Doing better now, going to get new exhaust welded up tomorrow. Having no mufflers sucks, but it is in racekar status, haha.

i picked up some Diamond Forged Pistons today off a friend got a great deal on them. there slightly used but i took them to one of my local machine shops and said there in great shape and were not used very long.
