Sometimes things don't go as planned. I was changing front control arms, GMPP front bar and brakes on my GXP. I must have pulled the axle partially out and could not get it reseated. Sent my buddy Bill Boost a pic and he said he would drop by after work and take a look. I F'd with this thing all day and got nowhere, I am no novice, been shade tree wrenching for 30 years and have owned 35 performance cars. Bill was here and it took him longer to change out of his work clothes than it did to seat that axle. Just a shout out to a great guy, always willing to help out a friend. He really is a double time mechanic , and has helped me quite a few times when I need a extra set of eyes or hands. Even though he has jumped to the dark side with his Audi A6(I drove it and its a lot faster than you would think), he still takes time to offer advice on this forum. Anyone in CT or Western Ma. that doesn't know Bill, should.
