front passenger cradle bolt

im in the process of dropping the cradle on my 00 gtp but I got one cradle bolt that will not come out keeps popping up top to where it bolts on to the frame what ever gm has up there to bolt in to.. anyways anyone have this same problem or a solution cant really get myself to saw it off unless I get more opinions cause your going to have to bolt to it later.
 


dying to get the whole works out just one damn bolt holding me up figured would get that since all the exhaust bolts came out with ease lol had to pay for it else where
