• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Front exhaust manifold replacement

Yeah I looked it up later... I'm a derp. It happens.

But most of my ideas are good ones! That counts for something, right? Lol

yup. ive heard worse ideas. had a friend who wanted to bolt a cerry picker to a flimsy trailer to drop a motor in a car in a field. now that is a bad idea lol

I had a thought... If you want to get kind of crazy, you could cut up and rebuild a rear manifold into a "tubular" front manifold...

Just cut the downpipe exit off and weld in a small piece, grind it all flush and cover it with the factory heat shield...

Let it sit outside over the winter and get all rusty, it'll look close to stock then. Lol

LOL, I like this way of applying a patina. I did a search online and found the exhaust spacing may be different LN3 to L36 but it did look to have a better design in pic

I'll see if I can get to the wreckers next week and start with two. One to dissect and one to mod.
