Hello,
I have a 2002 Grand Prix GTP SC. It has a front end wobble all the time, at slow speeds you can actually watch the front end move from side to side and then put on brakes and it feels like warped rotors. I put new rotors and brakes all around with out change. Tires have been rotated. On car lift no movement in wheel bearings. wheels seem to be running straight when idling on lift, but when put brakes on you can see brakes move like bent rotor. I am out of ideas. HELP.

If it wobbles all the time I'd be replacing some front end parts. Check out the lower control bushings and ball joint they are common wear spots on the front suspension.
 
Well, took the car into the shop, checked rotors, they were fine. Ended up being the tires. Tech said there was a 3mm buldge in one tire. New tires and alignment today.. Rides like a champ !!!!!
