Front Dash & Floor Air Vents Blocked!

When I switch my Dial knob from front windshield defrost TO floor or TO Dash vents it wont switch...The air is just keep blowing from front windshield defrost:(. Plz some1 guide me where shall I start looking for a problem...my blower motor/fan is fine, resistor is fine, climate control is fine...i do not know where to look for the vacuum lines...help would be appreciated i live in canada its gonna be cold here soon...can't afford to take to the shop...but i fix cars by my self...depending if its not a huge lifting...thnx waiting for answers....:th_yawning: sorry for the bad English!
 


There is a divider in ur dash that seperats the air when u turn it on. That is mor than likely stuck open to the defrost. It happened to my 97 chevy and its a pita to change.
 
The vacumme line goes in through the wiring harness on the passangers side, meandering about by the top of the passangers side firewall. I replaced mu line from the engine to the controller with a piece of metal brake tubing passing in the cabin beside the automatic shifter cable 98 gtp has no reservoir for the vaccume (turnes a ~8 ft section of vacuume line into ~4 feet) in cabin is above carpet/ kickboard on passengers side of tunnel.
