I have this front end on my car:

I want this [the more common front end]:

This is what I found on ebay, which would include a paint job:
1997-03 Pontiac Grand Prix Front Bumper Painted:eBay Motors (item 370227311197 end time Aug-08-09 12:22:40 PDT)

Is it possible for me to just swap out the bumpers? Number one, it just would make it look completely better. I hate my style on my car, and can't get a straight answer if it will match up fine physically. So first off: does anyone know if this will actually work?

Lol I hear ya there, the front of my car is 8000000 TIMES uglier than yours ;p but like mad said, it should just bolt right on.

yes they can be swaped(dont blame you). i want to do the same thing. i found onr online for $50 unprimered, but hay $50.

go for it, while your at it get dual exhaust with a dual exahust bumper, gt side skirts, and you got your self a gt, that's if you got the 38 in it

First: So it'll bolt on just perfect, no odd bends or anything? I guess I'm more worried about the paint matching...thoughts?

And I quoted you because I want to do literally everything you said lol. I just don't know where to start. And I'm trying to keep it cheap. I want to get my gp cosmetically good looking. Aside from it's emerald green color I want the body to look good first. Paint job down the line after some performance upgrades. I want to do alot and need some ideas/help.

So where could I find how to do a cheap dual exhaust setup and rear bumper? Yes I have the 3.8 L. I'd be ashamed if it wasn't lol

yeah tahts my problem right now, finding the tools required to paint it myself.. my air compressor isnt powerful enuff..:(

well the bumper I found on ebay comes painted with my paint code off my car.

I'm just worried it won't match lol

i have the same colored car and im either looking for black parts or the same color, im gunna have my car repainted next summer, go to the local junk yard and pull off the dual exahust. or take your car to an exhaust shop and tell them what you want

it's pretty expensive to have someone do it at a shop though isn't it? even if I provided the parts?

yeah it is.. if you want to add performance, just get an aftermarket exhust for a gt, its all the same, everything is there to hook it up. but id go to a junk yard and look

My buddy had duals put on his se and he paid 250 or so that was mufflers and piping from the cat to the mufflers and he just put some dual tip tips on it he has total of i think 300
Bumpers are easy and direct bolt on
Side skirts Id have a body shop do I dont mess with the clips or rivets or what ever holds them on
