What could I do to fix these scratches? The owner before me did this..

those are pressure cracks on the hoods... they would have to V ed out and new resin applied then bodywork and paint. i would take laquer thinner and wipe off the white? paint and get your color touch up from a autobody supply store or local bodyshop to mix you up some. or have the cover removed sanded out and repainted to do "correctly"

Actually as im thinking about it I dont like the hood. Before I try to repair it im gonna try and find a black hood elsewhere I like the regular smooth hoods anyways. Whats your opinion on bras? Not the coolest thing out but im thinking of just doing that for now, I have a ton of other stuff to fix too.
