Freestyle vs GTO

Pulled up to the light and it narrowed down to one lane after the light and sure enough a GTO pulls up next me. I look over at him and he just smiles at me. I shook my head and awaited the green light.

It turned green I gave it all 160hp she had and sure enough he was still sitting at the light spinning rear wheels.

AWD FTW. We had about 6 inches of snow on the ground and it had not been plowed yet.

Freestyle's have that much HP?

LOL

I can picture him just sitting spinning for 10 minutes...funny.

i know a guy who drives a GTO in the winter because he drives a vette in the summer. why not? its just a car.

cuz he couldve spenth that 12-15k on a NICE newer truck with some decent size tires and a small lift. Then it's a lot easier to get around

Thats why I gotta give props to those Subies - seems they win either way.
BTW, snow was the only way I could do a "burnout" in my '90 sunbird back in tha day

....but why drive a truck when you can drive a GTO? dont be a baby.

It depends on where you live i guess. Here in SD, you will find yourself bumming a ride to work on more then a few days during the winter months. It's not so much that it can't be done as much as why would you want to. I know if I had a GTO, I wouldnt be to happy about letting the winter roads wreak havoc on it either.

You drive an AWD car anyway, I dont believe for a second that at some point this winter you haven't been glad you had AWD as opposed to a RWD.:th_winking:

my Goat does really well in the snow surprisingly... and I have all season performance tires. Apparently guys with the blizzaks can plow through it like nothing. My issue with the snow is the snow plow trucks... Goat is in the shop getting fixed right now :(
