I'm sure you'd feel just as spiteful towards me even if I apologized and made an active effort to change.

This is why ebay has buyer protection...whoever gets it will be getting their money back in some form. The guy selling will just have to deal with it when and if that time comes.
 
Thats why you build not buy a hot rod even if the seller is honest about the parts you still dont know how competent the intallation was or how hard it was beat on after the parts were installed
