Found this under my passenger seat, what is it?

Been trying to figure out what this goes to, has been sitting under my passenger seat forever now. Made of thick rubber material, "caution do not operate without cover in place" embossed on the front. Driving a 2004 Grand Prix with LS2 RWD Swap. THANKS
