Think the rest of the trans will be ok?That's the roll pin that goes in the diff. It shears off from 1 wheel burnouts. You should replace your diff.
Depends on how many shavings are floating around in there.
I'd recommend not driving it until you replace the Diff to avoid a bigger issue.

Ide rather shoot myself then to walk into autozoneyou doñ need to replace the diff per say... pull both cv shafts and pull the diff cover. then pull the diff out if the pin just came out go to autozone, look in the help aisle and youll find roll pins.
