Ford focus fog lights?

I though I read on here sometime a while ago about people putting ford focus fog lights into their 04-08 grand prix's because they are projectors and require little to get them to fit. Is this true and can anyone tell me how to do it or give me the thread it was in? I tried to do a search but I couldnt find it. Thanks
 


It has been done but i couldn't tell you where to find it. What I want to know though is if putting projectors in them is really better. My gf has a Mercury Milan (basically the same car) and it has those lights. During foggy nights they don't seem to do anything. I almost think having the regular lights down there is more effective.
 


Ahh that is what it was, would you suggest doing that red or do you think it wont be beneficial? I asked classy if he could make me a pair of retros for our fogs but havent gotten a reply yet
 
Do you know if there is a write up on how to do this? There is the one a few posts up for the GXP but I have a GT. I tried a search in the search bar and on google but came up empty.
 


Is it as simple as drilling in some new screw holes or would I need to cut stuff up? Just trying to get a feel for what I need to do before I buy these instead of new fog lights
 
Little more involved in that.. Bake/Crack the foglights open. Do a bit dremeling in the reflector to allow the fog to fit. JB weld it in.. Etc etc. they don't have screw holes btw. Sure there other ways of doing this but that the basis of it.
